Can I change my order ?
Once you have placed your order, it is not possible to amend or change it. This includes changes to the products, quantities, sizes, or colors. We advise you to carefully review your order before completing the payment to ensure accuracy.
You want to change the items after you placed the order again after cancellation , please cancel it and order again. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order, You can cancel order before in your order status in " Prepare for shipment" only.
*Prepare for shipment status means already move to international carrier for shipment, and the Tracking number will be given and updated after the overseas shipping process of domestic customs has been completed
* Changing an existing payment order has the effect of cancelling the order and is considered a cancellation, so if cancellation is possible, the order status will updated to Canceled
* The customer can check the order status [Cancel] and then re-order the correct product.
* Refunds related to changes to your order will be made immediately for re-ordering if the order can be cancelled.

Can I cancel my order ?
Basically the Customer can not cancel the order after “Acceptance of Payment” , but Customer may cancel In the event below
1. The order delivered is wrong items which is far different from Original items(included defective product).
2. The order can not be delivered, due to the Sold out, Out of stock, Production discontinued in this case, FASHION-KOREA will notify and contact customer.
3. Products postponed for more than 20 days, in case, FASHION-KOREA will contact customer.
* In case of product modification or change, please request cancel the order and make a new order again and the order to be changed must be in the state of Payment accepted, or Processing in progress.

I cancelled my order in my order status in "Processing in Progress " but, I didn't get the total amount back from Fashion-Korea, what happened ?
