FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
All products purchased at FASHION-KOREA will be shipped free of charge to countries around the world that are currently available for delivery through Korean post offices.
* NOTE : International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Due to external factors(Mostly Customs clearance issues at destination), there are some shipping destinations where international shipments are being delayed.
SHIPPING METHODS
Ship all countries with available carriers such as EMS, EMS Premium(UPS), Airmail which All tracking number will be given with shipment by Korean Post office.

What company or methods do you use for the shipment ?
We work with various shipping carriers controlled Korean post office and fulfillment partner(pinkbox.kr) to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of your orders. The specific shipping company used for your shipment may depend on factors such as your location, the item being shipped, and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Common shipping methods include but are not limited to EMS, EMS Premium, AirMail and local postal services. The carrier information and tracking number will be provided to you once your order is shipped and the delivery method cannot be selected by the customer and will be selected and shipped according to the situation by the fulfillment partner (PINKBOX)
When Will My Order Arrive?
It usually takes 15-30 business days for your order to be received, shipped and delivered to your doorstep.

Yes, you can track the delivery of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the website of the shipping carrier. Additionally, you can also visit FASHION-KOREA website your order history page to check your order status and your tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
How can i check my order status ?
You will be received by FASHION-KOREA order status Email or You can view your order status in your order history in your account.
Sign into the FASHION-KOREA websites and go to My Page. Your order history and details can be found on the My Page menu.
Order status
Payment Accepted : orders for which payments have been completed. (Status update may take a few seconds due to data processing)
Processing in progress : The product you ordered is ready and ready for production at the designer's factory, It takes 10 to 15 days depending on the production situation.
Preparing for shipping : Order arrives at the fulfillment partner (PINKBOX), inspects the product, completes the new packaging, and moves to the Korean post office to be dispatched within 6 hours on weekdays
Shipped : The are being shipped to the designated address (Delivery period takes 5 to 15 days)
