SHIPPING

The basic shipping preparation period is 10 to 15 business days from the date of order payment, and the delivery date may vary depending on the country or climate, but it usually takes about 5 to 15 days. Therefore, it will take a TOTAL 15~30 days for the order to arrive at the customer's location. 

We kindly ask you to place your order with sufficient time in advance.

The shipping preparation period may be delayed depending on the factory or designer's production status. If there is a delay in the product, we will provide separate notification for the delay.

SHIPPING METHODS * FULFILLMENT SERVICE 

We work with various shipping carriers controlled Korean post office and fulfillment partner(PINKBOX.KR) to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of your orders. 

Common shipping methods include but are not limited to EMS, EMS PREMIUM services. The carrier information and tracking number will be provided to you once your order is shipped and the delivery method cannot be selected by the customer and will be selected and shipped according to the situation by the fulfillment partner (PINKBOX)

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Please make sure you have selected right options(e.g. size, color and quantity) prior to completing the order, Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.

Requests for exchange/refund are accepted only if the requests are made within 7 days of the date of receipt.

[Exchange / Return policy for defective and different items shipped]

- Please contact our Customer service center within 7 days after receiving your package and send us return tracking number in 3 business days.

- While making an inquiry to our Customer Service Center include the following information to hasten the process:

[Name, Order number, product name, a picture of the item, a picture of defect part)

- For any exchanges and returns of defective or different items shipped, the shipping fees will be borne by FASHION-KOREA

* If the product is out of stock, it will be refunded.

[The followings are not eligible for returns/exchange]

- Any items reported after 7 days from the date of receiving

- Any item from which the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective on arrival

- Customized or handmade items

- Items having trace of scent, cigarette, perfume, use, wash, or alterations.

- Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damages, even if the item was defective upon arrival

- All goods returned without previous notice or in spite of return denial by our CS team will not be accepted.

REFUND

-  Please allow 2-3 business days for all refunds to appear on your order history status. Refunds will be made for orders , if there is no problem after inspecting the returned products.
