Battery and electronics
- Lithium battery products: Mobile phones, laptops, mini fans. Tip: Use FedEx for devices with batteries.
- Power banks: Not deliverable by any method.
Liquids, sprays, and flammables
- Perfumes: Not deliverable.
- Gas-based sprays: Not deliverable.
Food products policy
- Orally consumable food: Prohibited via EMS Premium (UPS) and FedEx since March 20, 2023. FedEx may require special documents.
- Recommendation: Use EMS, AIRMAIL, or SEA for eligible food items per destination rules.
Screening and returns
- Security screening: All international mail is screened using X-ray and specialized equipment.
- Returns: Prohibited items identified will be returned. Recipients must retrieve returned items at the originating post office.

Process: If items that cannot be shipped internationally or are restricted are found in a customer’s parcel, the Fashion‑Korea warehouse team will review the import regulations and the restricted item list of the destination country.
Notification: We will notify you about the affected products. After this notice, you can choose for us to return those items to you or have us dispose of them.
