1. Delivery Estimates & Partners

Please note that delivery times are estimates based on business days excluding handling time.

  • ✈️ Air Courier (FedEx): 3~5 Business Days
    The fastest and most reliable option.
    Note: Excludes 1~2 business days for internal processing (PINKBOX to Courier Agent). Delays may occur due to local customs.
  • 🚀 EMS Premium (UPS Network): 3~5 Business Days
    High-speed service.
    Restriction: Some countries (e.g., Russia) do not accept personal packages via this method.
  • 📦 EMS (Express Mail Service): 3~6 Business Days
    Standard express option.
    Warning: Currently, delivery delays may occur in many countries due to ongoing COVID-19 logistics adjustments.
  • 📨 Airmail (Standard Parcel): 9~14 Business Days
    Economical option for smaller packages. Availability varies by country.
  • 🚢 Sea Mail (Surface): 60~120 Days
    Cheapest option for heavy items.
    Warning: Updates are infrequent. We are not responsible for damages caused during prolonged sea transportation.

2. Actual Weight vs. Volumetric Weight

International shipping costs are calculated based on Chargeable Weight. This is the greater value between the Actual Weight (scale weight) and the Volumetric Weight (dimensional weight).

*Recently, EMS and Airmail policies have changed to strictly apply volumetric weight if it exceeds actual weight.

How to Calculate Chargeable Weight

🏣 EMS / Airmail / EMS Premium

(Length × Width × Height cm) ÷ 6,000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)

✈️ FedEx / Global Couriers

(Length × Width × Height cm) ÷ 5,000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)

*FedEx uses a stricter divisor (5,000), which may result in a higher chargeable weight compared to EMS.

3. How to Select Shipping Methods

You can choose your shipping carrier when your items are ready to ship:

  1. Go to the [Action Required] menu in your dashboard.
  2. Review and check your packaged items for consolidation.
  3. Select your Destination Country and Shipping Method from the dropdown list.
  4. If you're unsure about the shipping method, click the Calculator on the right to check every price with shipping and service charges included.

4. Customs & Import Duties Information

Customs policies vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Especially for the USA, Europe, and the UK, customs authorities are strictly checking Customs Value, HS Code, Net Weight, and Unit Price.

Please ensure you provide accurate details for your declaration to avoid package rejection or return.

🇺🇸 Important Update: US Customs & Tariff Policy (Trump Administration)

Due to recent strict changes in US trade regulations, the duty-free allowance (De Minimis) has been significantly revised.

  • New Duty-Free Limit: Reduced from $800 to USD $100.
  • Condition: Only strictly personal "Gifts" under $100 are exempt.
  • Commercial/General Goods: Purchases over $100 are now likely subject to Import Duties and Taxes.

⚠️ Payment of Duties & Taxes (US ONLY)

To prevent delivery failures under this new policy, we apply the following process:

  1. Pre-payment (DDP Service):
    If applicable, estimated customs duties and taxes must be paid to Fashion-Korea WAREHOUSE before departure. These will be added to your shipping invoice, and we will handle the payment to US Customs.
  2. Using Your Own FedEx Account or use EMS Premium(UPS):
    If you provide your personal FedEx Account Number, or, Choose EMS Premium(UPS), the pre-payment requirement is waived. EMS Premium(UPS) and FedEx will bill the duties/taxes directly to you (the receiver) after delivery.
