How to Use Fashion-Korea Forwarding Service
A simple 4-step guide to managing your packages from arrival to international delivery.

Once your shopping items arrive at our warehouse, you can easily track and manage them from your dashboard under Your Account > My Warehouse. Here is how it works:

WAREHOUSE (Item Arrived)
Your package has safely arrived at the Fashion-Korea warehouse!
- What is happening: Our dedicated team is currently inspecting your arrived items for any defects and measuring the initial weight.
- What you need to do: No action required yet! Once our team completes the check-in process, your items will automatically move to the next stage.

ACTION REQUIRED (Submit Shipping Request)
Time to request consolidation and choose your shipping method!
- What is happening: Your item is fully inspected and ready for international packaging. You can now see the actual item weight and tracking info.
- What you need to do:
- Select the check-boxes of the items you want to combine into one package.
- Fill in the Declaration Value ($) for customs and add any special packing Notes.
- Select your Destination country and preferred Shipping Method (Click 'Open Calculator' for real-time shipping rates).
- Click the [REQUEST PACKING] button to start consolidation.

IN PROGRESS (Secure Packing)
We are safely optimizing and combining your packages.
- What is happening: A new Box number is created. Our warehouse staff is combining your items using high-quality protective materials to minimize volumetric weight and ensure absolute safety during transit.
- What you need to do: Sit back! We are busy saving your international shipping costs through professional repacking.

READY TO PAY (Final Payment & Dispatch)
Your custom package is ready to fly out from Korea!
- What is happening: Packing is 100% complete. The final total shipping fee has been calculated based on the consolidated box size and weight.
- What you need to do:
- Review your final Total Shipping Fee.
- Choose your preferred payment currency between KRW and USD carefully.
- Click [PAY NOW] to complete your secure payment.
🚀 Fast Global Shipping:
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your box will be handed over to international couriers (EMS/DHL/FedEx) immediately, and a tracking link will be provided.
