No. Please submit separate proxy buying requests for each retailer.

How does the proxy buying process work?

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on “Proxy Buying”
3. Select the “Your Proxy buying request” button
4. Enter the required information and submit

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If some items are unavailable, we purchase the remaining products and notify you. Refunds or replacements are possible.

How long does proxy buying take?

Usually 1–2 weeks depending on seller’s stock and shipping speed. Pre‑orders follow release schedules.

Can I cancel an item in a proxy buying request?

Cancellations are possible before payment or within 5 days after payment, with conditions. Service fees are non‑refundable.

How to Request a Consolidation

1. Log in: Access your account and navigate to WAREHOUSE.
2. Warehouse: Check newly arrived parcels.
3. Action Required: View parcel details and start a consolidation request.
4. Select parcels, enter customs values, and choose shipping method.
5. In Progress: Track consolidation process.
6. Ready to Pay: Review fees and complete payment.

Important Notes

Delivery Address

Ensure your actual delivery address is updated before proceeding.

Why can’t I see the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is determined after consolidation based on final weight and size.

Why was my request split into two boxes?

Each consolidated box has a 20 kg limit. Excess weight is packed into an additional box.

Storage Policy

Parcels can be stored free for 90 days. After that, they may be disposed of if no action is taken.
