All parcels processed by Fashion-Korea Warehouse can be visually tracked within your account or under the STATUS CARDS section in the top menu. For every consolidated box that has been shipped, you can check the shipping method and tracking number directly from the warehouse. Each dispatched consolidated box is assigned a unique tracking number, and full tracking functionality is provided.

Tracking updates may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

FedEx and EMS Premium, as well as EMS, usually provide fast real-time updates. However, with AIRMAIL, tracking information may be delayed at each transit point depending on parcel volume. This does not mean the shipping flow has stopped—it is simply a delay, and updates will appear once the parcel moves forward.

For SEA shipping, because there are many transit points, updates can take considerably longer. If tracking information has not been updated beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

No, unfortunately Fashion-Korea Warehouse does not allow shipments to other forwarders. To prevent fraud and illegal activities, Fashion-Korea Warehouse strictly prohibits sending parcels to any third-party forwarding services.

No, unfortunately Fashion-Korea Warehouse cannot deliver to any domestic locations in Korea. In line with our policy prohibiting shipments to other forwarders, we also strictly do not allow deliveries to hotels, accommodations, or any other domestic addresses for various reasons. Please take note of this restriction.

Fashion-Kore Warehouse Notice In Korea, perfumes and standalone lithium-ion batteries (such as power banks) cannot be shipped overseas from Korea. We kindly ask that you do not purchase these items. However, products with built-in lithium batteries—such as mobile phones or electronic devices—can be shipped via FedEx. Additionally, fabric fresheners are generally allowed for shipment, unlike perfumes.

Return Instructions (Fashion-Kore Warehouse)
1. Contact the seller first.
Please reach out to the seller and ask if they can accept the return.
2. Proceed if the seller agrees.
If the seller confirms that the return is possible, you may go ahead with the process.
3. Provide return details to Fashion-Kore Warehouse.
Send us the return information, including the parcel number. Our team will then locate the item in the warehouse and prepare it for return.
4. How returns usually work:
• The seller registers the return request with the local delivery company.
• Before the delivery company picks up the return parcel, they compare the parcel’s tracking information with Fashion-Kore Warehouse records.
• Only after this confirmation will the parcel be collected for return.
5. Important:
• Register the return with the seller.
• Email or contact Fashion-Kore Warehouse with the local tracking number of the return parcel.
Note: Without this information, the return cannot be completed.
