Overseas Shopping Guide
First, please carefully review the products you ordered once again. For some heavy items, sellers often split the shipment into multiple packages. For example, if you ordered a 10 kg product or placed a large order at once, it is common for sellers to send the items in 2–3 separate packages, and sometimes they may not provide all tracking numbers. Fashion‑Korea Warehouse updates the information of all incoming parcels according to your Locker Code. Please also check if other packages with different tracking numbers have already arrived at your warehouse. If they have not yet arrived, we recommend contacting the seller directly to inquire about the undelivered items
📦 Main Explanation
When your ordered items arrive at the HUB (which is the address and locker number assigned to you), they are first sorted according to your locker number. After sorting, the items are transferred to a separate warehouse.
• The HUB handles the receiving and dispatching of goods.
• The warehouse is responsible for storage and consolidation (combining multiple packages into one).
These two facilities work together seamlessly: the HUB ensures proper intake and shipping, while the warehouse manages safe storage and package consolidation.
When you request international shipping, the warehouse consolidates your packages, sends them back to the HUB for documentation, and then the HUB dispatches them overseas.

✅ Simple Step‑by‑Step Summary
1. Arrival at HUB → items received at your assigned address + locker number.
2. Sorting → HUB sorts items by locker number.
3. Transfer to Warehouse → items stored and combined if needed.
4. Return to HUB → paperwork and export procedures completed.
5. International Shipping → HUB dispatches the consolidated package overseas.
Most consolidated shipments are completed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. The processing time may vary depending on the time of day, weekends, and public holidays in Korea. From Monday to Friday, all warehouse hubs handle incoming domestic parcels and dispatch consolidated boxes for international shipping.
