Services such as EMS, Airmail, EMS Premium, and Sea are operated by Korea Post, a government agency. Since December 2020, EMS introduced the concept of Volumetric (DIM) Weight in its pricing system.
• The shipping cost is based on whichever is greater: the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
This change aligns postal services such as EMS, operated by Korea Post, with private international couriers like FedEx, which already use the same method.
In transportation such as airplanes or trucks, space is very important. Large but lightweight items (like pillows or winter coats) would be unfairly priced if only actual weight were used. Therefore, carriers charge shipping costs based on whichever is greater: the actual weight or the dimensional weight. - The exact calculation can be checked in the COST & SHIPPING section of the Fashion-Korea Warehouse.
Formula
• FedEx: DIM divisor = 5,000
• UPS (EMS Premium), EMS, AIRMAIL: DIM divisor = 6,000
• SEA (Ocean shipping): Charged only by actual weight, regardless of dimensions

For consolidated shipping, each box must have a maximum length of 150 cm or less on any side, and the total weight (including both actual weight and volumetric weight) must be 20 kg or less. If the combined items exceed these limits, the remaining products will be packed into an additional box.
Packages stored at the FASHION-KOREA Warehouse are kept safely and free of charge for 90 days from the date of arrival.
For made-to-order or Pre-order items, the storage period can be extended free of charge if you inform us in advance.
After the storage period expires, packages will be disposed of.
FASHION-KOREA Warehouse will send an email notification as the expiration date approaches, so please make sure you are able to receive these emails.
Many packages are delivered to our warehouse every day. Depending on the season or shipping volume, it may take up to 2 business days after arrival for your package to appear in your account. If your package does not show up in your account after 2 business days, it is possible that we were unable to process it.
If you believe this is the case, please submit a request through Contact Us, providing the tracking number and any additional details about your package. This will help us investigate the issue.
⚠️ Important: Please double-check that you entered your full address and locker number correctly. Sometimes the detailed address or locker number is missing, and in such cases, accurate tracking becomes difficult.
Yes — you will receive a notification once your package arrives and is checked in at the HUB center.
For example, at the Fashion-Korea warehouse:
When your package is registered in your account, you will receive an email notification.
Even if you don’t receive the email, your account dashboard will show “Arrived at warehouse”.
It may take up to 2 business days after arrival for the package to appear in your account, depending on the season and shipping volume.
Therefore, when your package arrives at the HUB center linked to your address and locker number, you can confirm it either through an email notification or by checking the update in your account dashboard.
📦 After confirming that your package has arrived at the warehouse:
• Click “Action Required”, select your packages, and fill out the consolidation request form.
• At this stage, you may also submit any special requests.
• Once the request form and all special instructions are completed, the warehouse will begin the consolidation process. After this, your packages will move to the “Ready to Ship” status, which means they are now in the shipping preparation stage.
• Finally, choose your preferred Shipping method and pay the shipping fee. Your package will then be shipped.
⚠️ Important Notes
1. Any items that are not included in the consolidation request form will remain in the “Action Required” section and stay stored in the warehouse.
2. If the total weight of the consolidated package exceeds the weight limit, the warehouse will automatically create additional boxes.
• Example: If the total weight is 30 kg, it will be split into two boxes — one box of 20 kg and another box of 10 kg.
