Battery and electronics
- Lithium battery products: Mobile phones, laptops, mini fans (FedEx may be alternative). Use FedEx
- Power banks: Not deliverable by any method.
Liquids, sprays, and flammables
- Perfumes: Not deliverable.
- Gas-based sprays: Not deliverable.
Food products policy
- Orally consumable food: Prohibited via EMS Premium (UPS) and FedEx since March 20, 2023. FedEx may require special documents.
- Recommend EMS, AIRMAIL or SEA
Screening and returns
- Security screening: All international mail is screened. Prohibited items identified will be returned.
- Recipient responsibility: Recipients must retrieve returned items at the originating post office.

If items that cannot be shipped internationally or are restricted are found in a customer’s parcel, the Fashion‑Korea warehouse team will first review the import regulations and restricted item list of the destination country. We will then notify you about the affected products. After receiving this notice, you can decide whether you would like us to return those items to you or have us dispose of them
