Definition: Proxy buying means the warehouse acts as your purchasing agent in Korea.

How to Place a Proxy Buying Order
To place a proxy buying order, please prepare the URL of the product you wish to purchase.

- Click on “Proxy Buying”

If some items in your order are unavailable, we will purchase only the remaining available products. You will be notified by email about the unavailable items, and you may choose to replace them with other products or cancel them. For canceled items, any remaining balance will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).
If all items in your order are out of stock, you will be notified by email. You may then choose to replace the products or cancel the order. In this case, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.
Once your payment is confirmed, we immediately place the order. Depending on the seller’s stock availability and shipping speed, it may take about 1 to 2 weeks for the products to arrive in your warehouse account. For pre‑orders or custom‑made items, delivery will follow the seller’s or manufacturer’s release schedule. When the items arrive, you can check them directly in your warehouse account.
You may cancel or modify your request at any time before payment. After payment, cancellation is possible within 5 days if the order is still in progress or has already arrived at the warehouse. However, cancellation fees are the customer’s responsibility, and the proxy buying service fee is non‑refundable. Once 5 days have passed after the product arrives at the warehouse, cancellation is no longer allowed.

Consolidation means combining multiple packages into one shipment.
How it works
- If you buy items from different stores, they arrive separately at the warehouse.
- Fashion-Korea Warehouse stores them temporarily and merges them into a single box (or multiple boxes if needed).

- Lower customs duties since consolidated packages may be declared together.

📦 How to Request a Consolidation
Step 1: Log in
Log in to your account. After logging in, you will see the stages under the top menu: WAREHOUSE, ACTION REQUIRED, IN PROGRESS, READY TO PAY.
Step 2: Warehouse
Click WAREHOUSE. Packages that have arrived at the warehouse will be displayed with a number. You can check your newly arrived parcels here.
Step 3: Action Required
Click ACTION REQUIRED. Here you can view the weight, photos, and contents of your parcels and start a consolidation request.
- Select the parcels you want to consolidate (at least one parcel must be selected).
- Enter the customs declaration value for each parcel. You may also leave a short note for the warehouse staff.
- Check the total weight, then choose the customs declaration type: GIFT or Merchandise (default is GIFT).
- Select your preferred shipping method. Use the calculator on the right to input the consolidated weight and compare shipping options and costs. Note: actual charges may vary slightly due to exchange rate differences between calculation and payment.
- Click REQUEST PACKING to submit your consolidation request.
Step 4: In Progress
Click IN PROGRESS. You can track the parcels you requested for consolidation. The warehouse will process the packing, prepare customs documentation, and schedule shipment based on the shipping method you selected. Once completed, the request will move to READY TO PAY.
Step 5: Ready to Pay
Click READY TO PAY. After all documentation and pre-shipment tasks are completed, your order will be waiting for payment. Review the shipping fee and click PAY NOW to complete your payment.

Please check your Delivery Address. The default address is the Korea hub warehouse. If you have not entered your actual delivery address, you must update it with your correct delivery details before proceeding.
The shipping cost for consolidated parcels cannot be determined until the consolidation is completed. Shipping rates and available carriers depend on the final size and weight of the consolidated package. This information will be updated in your account once consolidation is finished and a new package ID is assigned. You can also use the shipping calculator to receive an estimate.
In “Action Required,” you requested parcels for consolidation. However, the total weight exceeded 20 kg.
Since the maximum weight (including volume weight) for one consolidated box is 20 kg, any weight beyond this limit must be packed into an additional box.
For example, if the total weight you want to consolidate is 30 kg, it will be divided into two boxes:
- One box of 20 kg
- Another box of 10 kg
This way, two consolidated boxes will be created.
📦 Storage Policy
Parcels can be stored free of charge for 90 days.
After 90 days, you will receive an email notification.
If no action is taken within 10 days after the notification, the parcel will be disposed of.
